GIU Day 1

Welcome Unity friends!  I'm so excited to be a Growing in Unity girl for this week!  Here's my card for today.  I used the stamp Drew Girl.  I colored a bit on the edges with Prismacolor  colored pencils and then I used some Gamsol to blend the color out from the edges.  I used some washi tape, bling and I inked the edges to finish the card off.  Thanks for stopping by & don't forget to leave me a comment.  At the end of the week, I'll be picking 2 people to win some Unity!

    1. Gamsol is a type of mineral spirits & it just breaks down the colored pencil so you can blend it easier. I think you can get the same effect with baby oil although I haven't tried it. Here's a link to more info about gamsol: https://www.gamblincolors.com/oil-painting/gamsol/

  23. I don't have Drew Girl, but do really like what you did with her. Also the use of the washi tape. It would be an easy card to replicate in so many different colors. Awesome creativity!!
